This policy explains what information Industrial Waterworks collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request our Facility Data Checklist, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, phone number, and company, plus your job title, facility location, and reason for reaching out if you choose to provide them.
When you use the online checklist, your answers and notes are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. They aren't sent to us until you ask for your results. At that point we receive your contact details along with your answers and notes, and again if you choose to send us updated answers later. To remove the saved copy from your browser, use "Start over" on the checklist or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
If you use the Speak button to dictate instead of typing, your browser's built-in speech recognition turns your speech into text. Depending on your browser, the audio may be sent to the browser maker (for example, Google for Chrome) for that conversion, under its own privacy policy. We never receive audio, only the resulting text, and only if you ask for your results.
When you book a call, the scheduling service (Cal.com) collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To give you access to the checklist and your results
- To prepare for a conversation about your facility
- To follow up with you about your facility's wastewater needs and our services
- To keep a record of our business contacts
We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists run by anyone else.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as they're useful for our business relationship, and delete them on request.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, reply to any email you've received from us or mention it on a call. If you'd rather not hear from us again, just say so and we'll stop.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
